All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been prepared for shipment.

Shipping times vary depending on the method selected at checkout.
Once your package has been transferred to the carrier, Layin' Leaux is not responsible for postal delays or shipping issues.

Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or is unsatisfactory, you may request an exchange.

To start an exchange:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a photo of the item.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product or completing the exchange.
